BIRTHDAY COOKIES!

Today is Matt’s (my husband’s) birthday. We had a great day, as we both took the day off work to be together. This morning I baked about three dozen delicious chocolate chip cookies as a birthday “treat” for Matt. When we were leaving the house, we decided to take a couple of plates full of cookies with us to deliver to “people in our neighborhood” as a sweet treat. We found several different “city workers” and gave them our fresh baked cookies as a “thank you” for working so hard at their respective jobs. We gave cookies to the UPS guy, the Mailman, the Waste Management man, and several City Workers who were paving the street. They all were a little taken aback at first by our personal cookie delivery, but then were all very appreciative. We captured some pics of the “cookie deliveries” below. Check it out
